A lovely delicate pale pink colour, Tavernello Rosato Sangiovese Rubicone IGT is vibrant on the palate with fresh fruit aromas of pears and citrus. Light-bodied, with a pleasantly soft palate and a long finish. Enjoy it on its own or in combination with seafood pasta dishes and risottos.

Best served chilled, between 10-12 °C.
