With juicy flavours of ripe cherry and blackberry and a subtle hint of oak spice, Tavernello Sangiovese Rubicone IGT is a well balanced and fresh red wine from Romagna, with good body. The red fruit flavours and freshness of this wine complements a wide range of flavours, including tomato-based pasta, cold cuts and cheeses. Try it with the traditional local “piadina” (flat bread) with Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella and rocket.

Best served at room temperature, between 16-18 °C.
